Make Time for What Matters Most

Colossians 3:17 offers us incredible advice. "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." (NIV)

There are plenty of things I wish I could do over in life...but...there are some things I will NEVER regret:

Spending time with my kids playing monopoly or watching cartoons.
Saying I love you one more time, just to make sure they know.
Laughing at silly jokes that made no sense.
Holding hands with my husband.
Writing him silly love notes, just because.
Inviting a friend to lunch, just to spend time together.
Demonstrating the love of Christ to the broken and afflicted.
Taking time to listen and obey.
Pausing before I speak.
Practicing an attitude of gratitude.
Living each day as if it were my last.
Saying yes to all God ask me to do.

Today, I want to encourage you to join me in making time for what matters most.
